Day 1: Leaving Indiana

Doug and I slept at CUMC to avoid getting up at 2:30am. We appreciate our driver, Bill driving the CUMC bus to the airport! Surprisingly the airport was busy at 4:30am. It took us a bit to get our group checked-in. We all made it through security smoothly. Once we arrived at our gate an announcement was made, our flight crew hadn't arrived yet. We were a few minutes delayed departing. I will post a few pictures of us at the airport. We have arrived in Houston, TX. It's time for breakfast! :) We have a connecting flight that leaves at 9am CST to Guatemala City.
